| Bump. For those unaware, Shane bet me $75 (one season's league fees) that his team will win more prize money than mine over the next three seasons (including this year). Looks like your team squandered its best opportunity to win the bet Shane, because I'm confident my team will start kicking some butt, beginning in 2009 ...especially if I can convert some of my RB surplus into #1 WR. Since I brought it up, once trading resumes, I'll be ready to trade. Ideally I'll be looking revamp my roster by dealing Reggie Bush, Steve Slaton, DeSean Jackson, Tony Scheffler and Carson Palmer. In return, I'd like to score a #1 WR (top 10), a #2 WR (top 20), an upgrade at TE and a solid QB to pair with Matt Ryan (Carson Palmer might turn out to be the ideal QB to pair with Matt Ryan). I'm not too interested in trading for picks. Without doing the math, I'm confident I have the youngest roster in the league (probably by a wide margin), so if anything, I'd like to age it just a little and hopefully peak next year. |
